- Signal: observed event from filesystem or git state
- Artefact: precomputed context unit (summary/index/diff)
- Working Set: session-relevant subset of artefacts
- Context Package: selected and compressed artefacts for a prompt
- Policy: privacy and token-budget rules
- Model Target: backend endpoint receiving enriched prompt
- Ponder Loop: idle-time branch exploration and artifact preparation
- Answer Loop: prompt-time context ranking and assembly
- Frontier Scenario: one speculative branch candidate with source, priority, and depth
- Conversation Arc Model: predicts likely next intent categories from priors and user history
- Context Key: bucket id (for example repo/thread/workspace) for scoped replay and adaptation
- Pinned Facts: explicit user steering directives that bias preparation without prompt injection
